      Generally accommodating. Pay is always correct.

      Cons

      Rosters come out at late notice (sometimes only 2/3 days before the next period). Chronically short staffed and this puts pressure on all existing staff.

      Pros

      One of the better security companies, Small enough to feel 'family'. Very professional set up and wages a little higher than most in the area. Providing you're doing your job you get trusted to get on with it.

      Cons

      As with all security companies, there's always a shortfall of staff - so be prepared to be asked to cover shifts at short notice.
