Pros

Excellent Salaire. Possibilité d'apprendre des Nouvelles technologies

Cons

Emploi non garanti après le premier mandat si on ne possède l'expertise du prochain client. Les nouveaux clients en général exigent d'interviewer les employés qui travaillerons sur leur projet.

Pros

Downtown office and parking is good. It's ok for someone who just needs a job.

Cons

By nature, it's more like recruiting agent finding people as subcontractor to embed in client's team. This is ok but so-claimed career development is just like a joke as nearly zero investment on technology. Embedded team is still not bad, but the worst case is that occasionally they get a in-house development contract (usually a few months coding project in random subjects), then start recruiting and rush to start. The management skill and industry knowledge is far from being enough to properly organize and get things done. They want to please customer, but have no means to understand what the real requirements are. It often ends up with panic, complain and excuse, just a big waste of time. As a consequence there is very poor or no engineering or project capability without engaging end-use and long term investment in one thing as a business should do.

Pros

Good internal exchange of technical information. People with genuine desire to help each other out. Flexible work hours, decent salary considering boring, sometimes unchallenging 'outsourced' type of work.

Cons

Relies very heavily on two large clients to stay afloat, and many employees on work-visa, some teams over-worked 70-80 hrs/wk. No job security; even for long-term employees. Have seen some fired, then blackmailed to sign liability release in exchange for severance.
