I really enjoy working with my colleagues in a collaborative, supportive environment. I understand the benefits are great for a small company. Northgate provides flexibility and a hybrid work schedule to foster employees' work/life balance. Though there aren't many positions in Northgate, there is great opportunity and support to grow your career if you communicate and take initiative accordingly.

Though we strive to keep it consistent, the ebb and flow of work in a small company sometimes results in overwhelm (too much work) or anxiety (not enough work). The company's focus on client service and customization can lead to challenges in operational consistency.
