Shop has high volume of customers.

Employees don't have sense of urgency. No production manager and body shop manager has no experience or training for position. No one is held accountable to do their jobs to take care of customer. Everyone blames eachother for faults in shop. Cars are in shop for months on average. Mechanic lets car sit for weeks before he works on them. Parts dept is forced to order from their dealerships. Parts managers at the dealership takes days to deliver instock parts to bodyshop. No one cares about taking caring of customer or meeting target dates. They just make bunch of excuses as to why the car sits and never touched. No position for for cleaning interior of car. Estimator gets blamed for everything and stuck to do everything because management feels its their responsibility. Body shop office is located at a completely seperate location then the actual shop. Your constantly wasting time having to go back in forth. Makes no sense when you have the Estimator doing everything. Blueprinter misses parts on every supplement. So after car has been sitting for months, its back on hold waiting on parts when its time to build. Parts has no process in checking in parts. Parts are constantly being lossed or damaged and having to be reordered. No appreciation for employees. Alot of people have quit and not been replaced. The bodyshop is extremely old with hardly any upgrades. The frame machine is missing majority of clamps.You would think with the shortage of people applying they would value the people working for them. Nope! Best part of all when you quit, they short your pay and take their time to give you your last check. Don't work here! Trust me no one deserves this type a stress.
