Great working level people, inexperienced leaders (Shauna McIntyre has zero battery experience and she has no clue what she is doing, Paolo Cerruti and Peter Carlsson were good at selling the Nothvolt dream but are poor in execution).

Shauna McIntyre, CEO of Northvolt Canada and former CEO of Cuberg for a couple of months has zero battery experience. Her specialty is to shut down companies. According to The Information, shutting down Cuberg was her 3rd company shut down in 3 years. Paolo Cerruti and Peter Carlsson, the co-founders were great at fund-raising but poor in making it happen. How can you raise $15Bn and still not being able to have your first factory up and running at the quality and volumes customers request and still asking for more money? The CEO of the first factory just quit last month. Northvolt is the king of press release stunts.
