Pros

Working relationships with fellow work colleagues who were tolerating the same vile abuse and poor management.

Cons

This is by far the most shocking, corrupt company I have ever had the misfortune of working for. The owner was so spineless that he forced us to choose sides between himself and his brother — and if you dared to side with his brother, you were subjected to bullying, harassment, and daily threats of losing your position. His sidekick was just as bad — a former schoolteacher who was clearly in over her head and had no problem throwing her own team members under the bus at every opportunity. Daily put-downs, verbal abuse, and non-stop bullying — this is without a doubt the worst company I have ever come across. Steer clear at all costs! They are corrupt and flat-out told us to falsify documents that were being submitted to government contacts. How the owner has not been held criminally accountable is completely beyond me. Do not waste your time here — it will stay with you long after you leave.

Pros

You will earn 32 up 80 per hour, the CEO is a cover for the business man running the job along with his brothers.

Cons

No organization or leadership and really need someone to bid work

Pros

There were a handful of employees that made the place bearable.

Cons

Where do I even begin… this is easily one of the worst companies you can find. For starters, the one office started to grow mold and eventually caved in. When it rained, employees would take shifts swapping out the buckets that would catch the rain. The owner did nothing and expected all employees to still work in office with moldy conditions. Growth and development? Nonexistent. Public humiliation? Check. Shoes? Optional. (Yes, the owner walks around with no shoes.) Drinking on the job? Absolutely. I am not sure who is awarding Northwind’s bids because they have zero employees to actually do the work. Zero laborers, zero operators… IT staff? Sure! Marketing specialists? Why not! The owner would send out anyone who could physically walk to attempt to finish the job. Field experience? No need! You would be sent out onsite and it was sink or swim from there. Stay very far away from this place. You’re better off working at McDonalds.
