Worst manufacturing company - Technician Northwire Employee Review

The pay is low and they will find lame reasons to not give you a hike and will threaten to fire you, manager doesn't like you to grow or surpass him. They want you to be with agency and over act when it comes to make you a perm employee. The HR is partial allowing some people to use phones while others can't. They can find faults in you but if you find faults with HR for being partial then you are screwed. The manager will not be impressed if you show how things can be done differently or teach him how to use tools in a better way rather would report you to HR. Overall, it's a worst company to work and be wasting your time!
