Compensation is also a standout - it's hard to imagine finding a similar role elsewhere that offers the same level of pay. As an owner-operator with nearby communities, the role offers meaningful opportunities to engage beyond a typical 9-to-5 desk schedule, which adds both variety and connection to the work.
