      Not enough people associate that with our brand; we should be more known as a top tier firm globally. Less competitive comp than other big funds.

      Amazing team, lot of autonomy and responsibility.

      Cons

      Salary is low, little to no guidance, so if you are not a self starter and cant work in ambiguity its not a good fit.
