      -Free lunch -Work from home -Company drinks together once a week -Investor backed -Basic benefits -Some great people in support,eng,design,ops

      Cons

      -Product and engineering move slowly, no leader -CEO lacks leadership, experience, backbone -All the most experienced people leave quickly -Not enough focus -Politics and gossip -Poor communication between teams -Your role will likely change several times because the company didn't know what it needed first -Had to use an old PC computer (ops,vendor,marketing,sales) or a top of the line computer (eng,design,product,managers) -Very overstaffed
