Pros
Loved the most of the people in my department and I some things that we acheived I am proud of. Some managers should not be managers and that has a negative effect on the people around them but overall it is a good place to work where you can learn a lot in a complex, niche business.
Cons
The culture has changed a lot, sometimes it is up and down. Morale in most departments seemed low when I left. The people make this business and they do work hard, they should be rewarded with a more comprhensive benefits package.
