You never really know what's going on with the company, how well or poorly they're doing, and good luck finding out the status of your team or future plans & direction you'll be going in. Everything is terribly managed. The company, as part of Intrado, which is now called West, is far too big and has too many moving parts to intelligently coordinate how to run their business. They buy up companies, horribly mismanage them into the ground, then lay everyone off and replace them with overseas replacements for 'cheaper', even though they didn't pay all that well to begin with. If you want actual communication with the heads of the company who will provide a vision and roadmap for what they want from you, good luck, you won't be getting it here. Too many big egos, narcissism and self-righteousness to do anything correctly or with thoughtfulness. I'd stay far away from Notified/Intrado/West altogether.
