      Pros

      Notified is a company that always evolving at currently striving to push the boundaries in the industry. Never gets stale or stagnant, there is always a new challenge to tackle.

      Cons

      In some circumstances that constant change can be frustrating but generally it seems to be done for the best overall future for the company so it's good to be at a place that does not have the "good enough" mentality.

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
