      Company is going through transition, so there have been many layoffs of key leaders. Leadership seems disconnected with frontline staff. Industry is in decline with the market conditions.

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
