      I had a great experience working with the company, collaborating with my team and other departments as well.

      Cons

      However, I observed that there were gender inequality within the team in terms of respect shown and workload management. I was often asked to log in after regular working hours.

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
