      If you are a total fresher, maybe get to learn a littlebit like an internship to learn how to work.

      Cons

      Appraisals delayed for the last three years, in effect the company has not given any appraisal for 2 years. Negatives ; if you are experienced, company struggling to be relevant, highly complacent mid/senior management, outdated approach. Projects are only one time, so no job security. Bare minimum facilities - no cab. Useless insurance, no perks, 0 wlb.. lot many others.

      Pros

      The other contractors they hire are great people and hard workers.

      Cons

      Red flags everywhere. Illegal time sheet modifications. They micromanage while you are working on client projects. Questionable business ethics in that they have contractors with clients also hold management positions internally. Overtime is paid to those in the management position and not the contractor earning the pay. This company should seriously be investigated for federal labor act violations.
