      Great location, good life work balance, casual dressing, friendly environment

      Cons

      Lack of direction from the senior management. Senior management (From 2010) are not telling the truth. Cutting employee salary while senior management still takes big bonus

      Great benefits, a company that really cares about it's employees, good people to work with

      Cons

      i work remote and do not fit into the Novatel levels of employment, so performance reviews are a little hard.
