I’ve been here for awhile and seen the downswing. Company is definitely on the upswing. Brought in new management in December last year that’s already had a huge impact on operations. Plan for the future is bright, and most of the cancer left the company in Pecos.
Cons
Not enough training for new techs. Pecos struggles because most of us don’t have the training we need to do our jobs. Makes the days hard when you’re just trying to scrape by. Management is trying to hire people on, not sure how that’s going.
Don’t waste your time working here, clueless upper management lack of communication no organization whatsoever, high turn over rate people will quit on the spot with no notice company is a joke if I could leave zero stars I would.
