nO PROs there is no pros

Absolutely all cons here of course

Relatively good salary and most of the time we had private transportation available. Coffee shop available in the permises.

Bad location, especially at night. Non definite contract. Working hours weren't the best. Micromanaging, favoratism, mobbing, snobbing and snitching was encouraged by above. No opportunities for growth unless they favor you. No personal development and help from team leaders. Company didn't offer flexibility. Outdated policies and equipment. I wouldn't recommend working there.
