      Pros

      A very supportive and hands-on working environment, with opportunities to learn and grow not just at your job, but also through others and their roles at the company. Novable also has a hybrid work schedule, where working from home is easy and seamless. The managers and team members have transparent communication, provide helpful feedback, and are very approachable in times of need.

      None that I observed during my time at Novable.

      Pros

      I started working at Novable in 2022 as an intern and fell in love with the team and work approach. Thanks to this experience I was able to learn a lot and to grow both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      I felt lonely sometimes, since I was the only employee working in Marketing. However, I could ask for feedback to founders and other team members who were always ready to support me.
