      Flexibility (thats on client side) Some benefits (vacations, bonus, wellness)

      Cons

      Once the client finish your job whey just kick you off as soon as they can, the don't have any bench. Also they immediately take your vacations and every benefit that they can, you are like a leper or something like that.

      Pros

      Learn a lot, not micro-managment. Balance Life-work.

      Cons

      Very Low Salary for the position, you can change of account, but the salary is the same always, increments of salary are $40 at year, it´s a joke. It's difficult change of account, you can't get a better position.
