      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      The company doesn't have enough money to pay staff. Every month staff are paid late or underpaid, if you leave they don't pay you for time worked. Head of HR and Head of Finance both left the company due to the reckless way it is being run. Do not consider working for them.

      They have a very welcoming team, your voice gets heard because the team is small and the owner is open-minded. I got chances to participate in lots of decision-making parts even as an intern there, and was able to express my creative ideas without any pressure.

      Cons

      It is a new and small company, so things aren't yet as structured.
