I genuinely enjoy checking into work every day. The team is made up of conscientious, goal-oriented individuals who trust each other and collaborate without micromanagement. We’re constantly iterating to improve our product, which offers a front-row seat to the evolving marketplace demands for measuring and reporting on sustainability metrics that matter. It’s a rewarding and intellectually stimulating environment.
Cons
The average employee tenure is relatively short, around 1.3 years. While it’s fun to work with great people, it can be demotivating when colleagues you’ve enjoyed working with quietly leave. As a young company, we’re still testing different hypotheses, and not all of them work out. I believe this attrition stems from a mix of growing pains, market conditions, and anti-ESG backlash—headwinds that I’m confident the company can manage.
