- Middle to senior management has a terrible management style and scapegoats staff and personnel when something goes wrong. - Management is sometimes distant and unfamiliar with work being done. - Too busy to engage with employees - Verbal abuse is not uncommon - High turnover due to workload and senior management attitude. Making it difficult to retain top talent. - Bonus potential is not based on performance but rather on whether or not the manager likes you that day. - All about the bottom line.
