Pros
You can learn new technology by self learning with full-support & freedom. If you work well, you will get notified by the higher management easily. Good environment to work. Nice supporting collegues. You can able to understand & work on whole product based on your interest. Notice period and switching from the company is not a stressful one.
Cons
Middle level people having some egoistic problem. Salary issue will occur on some case. Micro level management is not so good.
