Pros

Working here as a social media content creator has been nothing short of amazing. Tiffany is an incredible leader. She doesn’t just see your current skills, she sees your potential and actively helps you grow into it. The flexible work policy is truly a game-changer. Everything about the work culture feels thoughtful and down to earth. This is hands down the best place I’ve ever worked. If you value support, growth, and a healthy work environment, this is the place to be.

Cons

If I had to name a con, it’s that everything runs so smoothly and supportively that it might spoil you for any future job. Hard to imagine working anywhere else after this.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, fully remote, 36 hour work week, good benefits, fun team of creative and analytics professionals! The industry is also pretty interesting, and we get to work on some cool projects for people building amazing things.

Cons

The team is growing which means shifting responsibilities and new processes need to be made - not a con, just need to be flexible.
