      Nice office, full kitchen with vegetable

      Cons

      Pretending to be a startup but actually an SI. There is no product, only massive implementation over Salesforce, so you are better off at a Salesforce SI. People leave all the time so everyone are new and than they leave.

      Remote, Pay as per market standards

      Cons

      Poor system with lot of ambiguities, no one aware how to fix them. This issue boils down poor knowledge sharing.

      -dead end as far as professional growth -management refuses to improve processes to better the employee and client relationships -constant revolving door of 3rd parties.
