NOTHING. Not even a single good thing. No learning. In fact you will forget your skillset as Novon hardly has any projects and no one has any competitive technical knowledge. Run as far away as possible from this company.
Cons
Worst company I have ever worked for. They lure you in with promises of a stable full-time role, career growth, and exciting opportunities, only to throw you out the moment a project ends. Instead of owning up to their lack of projects, they conveniently hide behind the excuse of "performance issues." I've personally seen at least 10–15 people shown the door with the exact same story. The sales team is shockingly incompetent. They struggle to bring in business, and the company barely has a handful of active projects at any given time. Because of that, employees are the ones who pay the price for management's failures. The leadership is an absolute disaster. Some of the people leading the data practice have no business being in those positions and display a worrying lack of understanding of the very domain they're supposed to lead. It's hard to have confidence in a company where leadership lacks both accountability and competence. If you're looking for job security, honest leadership, or meaningful career growth, stay far away. This is easily one of the most poorly managed companies I've come across.
