      Pros

      If you are Hispanic or foreign to the US you can develop.

      Cons

      You will be belittled if you are not of Hispanic decent. Used and abused like an unlovedchild. They will not commit to your future and expect you to work within their plan with no guidance and a plan that is subject to change often and without notice. You are expected to be married to the company and your family suffers. The young people that work here drink all the cult like kool-aid and worship the philosphies. They do not listen to experience.

      Pros

      - Diversity in the company is great. You can find people from different countries. - Friendly people. People working here feel it like a friendship circle to respect and help each other - Very experienced. People here have a lot of experience. - Great Work Culture

      Cons

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
