I will not bother to list pros and cons, but rather just tell you what to expect. This is a mid size growing company, employees shouldnt compare NVT against big CROs with everything already setup and fixed. We are growing fast pace... like super fast, and every employee should think of how they can contribute to improve things rather than pin pointing who is at fault. Management got issues, yes thats true... but is there another CRO with perfect management? None. CRAs are newbies.. but instead of complaining how inexperienced they are why not spend few minutes to explain and fix the issue.
