Cons
- The salary is horrendously below market rate. - Annual pay rise is below inflation. - The bonus was depressing. - NVT provided an insulting counteroffer (less than 10% increase vs over 40% at my new job) plus a 2 year clawback clause for 10%. - NVT only cares about CRO experience. - Updated to longer promotion cycles and updated job descriptions aka harder to get promoted and harder to earn more on top of our below market rate salary - Majority of the project managers are extremely inexperienced and incompetent. - unrealistic timelines and expectations from local team and sites - Processes are not streamlined. - Goals/Processes are constantly changing - Processes are not standardised. Everyone does their own thing - training is all over the place - Upper management do not listen or care about our feedback - The CEO is enforcing staff to attend the office 2 days a week. - turnover is high due to the reasons above
