Toxic - Anonymous employee Novum Bank Employee Review

This is the most toxic place I’ve ever worked. Team leaders shout at people in the middle of the call center in front of everyone. It’s really stressful and unprofessional. Management is terrible, and HR is basically useless. They brought people from Germany just to fire them a week later because they weren’t “good enough” at Excel. Why not check that in the interview? They make promises they don’t keep, and the attitude is always “I’m the boss, do what I say.” No respect, no support. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone.
