Unrealistic Expectations - Anonymous employee Novum Structures Employee Review

Most of management was very difficult to work with. They make employees seem as if they are insignificant and they are not willing to listen to suggestions or help in any way. No teamwork mentality among employees. At times was almost a hostile environment to work in mostly due to having unrealistic project schedules.
