      Pros

      Great working hours, relatively close to home so missed the rush hour traffic. Despite being in a high secure prison students mostly lovely.

      Cons

      Diabolical company, they emulate oppression from senior management through to department manager. Mountain of paperwork, business and manager constantly wanting more and more. If you want to fast track yourself to a mental health condition this is the company and manger to help you do this.

      Pros

      Good environment to learn new skills, but you have to drive yourself.

      Cons

      Nepotism is a problem, and some of the management (not all) are checked out. Pay is weak compared to industry standard. It's a tiny company that does contracts for testing big name products.
