Communication is inconsistent, favoritism is common, and leadership often overlooks the effort of those who actually keep things running. There’s little support or motivation to stay long-term because hard work isn’t rewarded. The work environment can be stressful and draining, and turnover is high because most employees eventually realize they deserve better.
