I have been working at Ntegra for over two years and the focus on employee growth and career opportunities is remarkable. I have personally built a career focused vision plan Ntegra has supported me with and continue to support me throughout my growth. My skill set has continually been reviewed and as a result, I have attended appropriate courses to enhance my capabilities within the company; with courses still in the pipeline. The culture within the company is fantastic. There is no attempt of the 'stagnant' pyramid shaped hierarchy. Everyone has a voice at Ntegra, and the whole team is valued and treated the exact same way.
