      Pros

      Everyone here is terrific, the company culture is unmatched when compared with everywhere else I've ever worked. The individuals here are really what make this job worth it every day.

      Cons

      There's a fair bit of dis-coordination on the ground floor, due in large part to not passing on the ability to make key decisions to senior producers.

      Wonderful work atmosphere & culture Flexible work schedule Generous medical benefits and PTO/holidays Exemplary co-workers and management, top notch!!! Creativity can come here to flourish Everyone is a team player. (Back office staff feel just as important as the Creatives. A very balanced hierarchy) Hot lunches, fun games, and memorable gatherings/company events Best looking Swag I've ever seen!

      Production life can be hectic, but that's the business baby! Ntropic is a truly a GEM!! The "heat and pressure" from this place creates brilliant diamonds. ;)
