      Get to learn a lot about clinical trials in a short amount of time. Experience gained here is valuable in the job market. A good place to learn as much as you can and leave.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is horrible; overtime is strife. Management plays politics and does not care about employees. Thankless people, rotten company culture. Under-market pay, slim to no chances for growth and promotion, forget about a yearly pay rise.
