I have worked as an HR executive in Nucot for 1 year. The working days during that time were good, and I have learnt many positive learning in the company.

Nothing wrong to say, it depends on the skills of the employee to stay longer in the company.

Pros is that as a fresher you'll learn allot of things from scratch

Cons is that the company should open another branch as it's really good
