I've been working here for almost a year and I can say that the experience has been very valuable. It's not only taught me to be resilient to changes, but given me the chance to see actions directly impact the business. The people are super inviting and very willing to help you grow into the role you want. We've also had a lot of great things happen over the past while that have allowed the company to start growing rapidly. I'm sure there are also lots of good things to come!
Cons
A start-up comes with its own challenges. You just have to be prepared for rapid change and be willing to step up to carry the load when someone isn't there to do it for you. It's not a con, per se, but more something to be aware of. It can absolutely be a pro if that is what you are looking for.
