Pros

The company really seem to value its employees. Since I have been working here every chance they have had to give us the day/holiday (paid) off they have. The team is very nice and helpful. We have daily morning meetings to discuss tasks and then released to work. I can do my job without being super micromanaged which I love. Every week there is a drawing for someone to get lunch paid for by the company. I have received a small Christmas bonus (the new employees like myself got Amazon gift cards which was awesome and employees that have been there for more than a year got brand new iPhones and Androids (their pick). All around great company.

Pros

The technology is awesome to work with. In my opinion, the management is very understanding and reasonable. Overall I've had fun working here over the last 7 years and am very excited about all the new tech we're coming out with.

Cons

Currently it's the workload from onboarding many new customers. But this is being taken care of with the new hires we're looking for.

Pros

Great staff, packagers are the best in the business. Great support staff.

Cons

CEO...period. The most unethical CEO I've ever worked with in my career. Uses his employees as pawns and then will gaslight them as they were the issue. CEO is a bully and treats his staff like crap. Everyone is the company walks around on egg shells. No severance, no warning, no reasoning on not renewing my contract. Only one partner and he called investing in that partner a tariff. Couldn't scale into other partners if they worked w competitors, i.e. Liquidware, Turbo, etc. Overpriced technology and he oversaw every deal and wouldn't budge on $$. Provided partner feedback on the cons and he'd scoff at the input.Peeps, don't do it. You know who I am...call me prior.
