Business Outlook
Pros
Good work environment, smart people and positive attitude. Unlimited PTO. The company encourages entrepreneurial ideas and attitudes as well as working collaboratively but also provides the freedom to do your job without being micro managed. Overall a good place to work.
Cons
Compensation package is average at best. 401k match isn't great, there is no company equity available and bonuses are not available for most employees. The only opportunity to increase total compensation comes through annual merit increases or promotion.
