Plenty of opportunity for individual growth and development with an extremely supportive management team.

Company culture has room to improve. Numerator was born from a few different organizations with very different cultures and the new entity has yet to find a unified voice and identity. The company wants to think of itself as a young startup but often operates like a more mature company in terms of its processes and values. This can at times curb innovation and the bias for speed.
