Great internship - Full Stack Intern Numinar Employee Review

Numinar is a great place to see how a company is run and get a lot of a great experience - both on the software engineering side and on the managing customer relations side. Even though I was an intern, I feel like my work was impactful and actually made a difference at the company. The people are amazing as well! I received so much mentorship and gained so many valuable skills that I still use in my career today.

Sometimes work does come home with you, but that's more the nature of political campaigns and less so the company itself.

- Small, brilliant team; everyone there could clearly be in big tech or other elite roles - Values-alignment; not obsessed with politics in the day-to-day but a place where you don't need to hide being religious or conservative - Startup culture; the focus is on getting things done and as an engineer you work very closely with the CEO, sales, and support to design the product - Important work; help level the playing field in U.S. politics and close the talent gap conservatives face

- Inherently small market-- not the sort of startup you join expecting to be a millionaire at IPO - Weak culture of feedback/mentorship
