Management threatens people when they don't get their way

They will try to pay cut you without notice
They don't communicate
On call personnel is in another state and can bot truly help you
They let their nurses go into the worst of the worst houses/apartments
The will cut your OT but in the same breath give it to someone else
If you are a versatile nurse prepare to be sent to the "difficult" families, and if there is not one at that time you will go weeks without a shift because they want you only for the "hard" ones.
Retaliation on feild staff who don't do what the COO wants.
