Salary- Will release it soon same answer since LAST 2 YEARS. Increment - NO(lets clear all salary first then we'll think) Respect of Work - This is your job just do it. Manager/CPO/Co-founder - He is the biggest culprit and because of that the entire organization's hard work is going to vain slowly slowly. The man behind all the fake promises, all fake strategies and for everything. CEO- We'll grow one day like AMAZON/FLIPKART/FACEBOOK/GOOGLE- common just try, hold and respect work of 60-70 people first and foremost priority. Management - Ahh its today one of the cofounder b'day you need to contribute this much for celebration in office, no matter what. No one like this organization - if I talk about -Employees/Trainers/Mentor/Customers/Vendors//Subject Matter Expert/ Entire chess world/ All India Chess Association/FIDE(World Chess Organization) These are the few cons out of all. Work Environment - They'll neither pay(salary) you nor they reimburse you Internet or mobile calling bills etc but they need work on time any how.
