Pathetic company to work - Regional Sales Manager NxtGen Employee Review

False commitment by CEO. Salary God knows when it will come no fix date. Once you leave company forget your F&F they never pay on time.it takes months/year to get it clear. Also they c Don't pick up calls if we do follow up. Also they will deduct tax from your salary and will not pay to income tax department which is again a scam. Personal recommendation not to join this company you will end up with your career.
