      Pros

      Currently have my own space so I set my schedule myself and they don't really mind much when I leave for lunch.

      Cons

      Before I got my promotion anyone that was higher than me would literally not mind their own business. Working at Lexus of Bellevue was the worst because the higher up would constantly bug me about my bathroom habits when I've given them notice of my medical history that sometimes causes me to take longer in the bathroom. They don't care about employees privacy or personal lives.

      Great environment. Can be decent pay at times. Family oriented. Home life balance.

      Cons

      Needs pay plan update. Needs better management. Favoritism can be bad. Low turnover, hard to move up.
