Pros

No pros. Nothing extra ordinary.

Cons

Once you submitted your notice, you are not allowed to use your leaves, which was never stated in company policy or contract. Reaching out to them is by far the hardest. Getting them to get back you take days. Sometimes, they don’t even reply your email and leaves you on blue tick. Working with o2 makes you realize that you need to be creative because they tend to not make your life easy. In terms of increment after confirming contract, please don’t expect much. Some don’t even get increment.

Pros

A great workplace for those looking to explore and gain experience in executing marketing activities. However, you must be capable of working independently, as there may be no senior team members available to guide you step-by-step — you could be the only marketing person on the team. That said, the boss/CEO is supportive and empathetic. The company offers attractive benefits, including medical allowances for employees and their families, complimentary monthly facial treatments (subject to availability, as most slots are reserved for customers), company trips, and more.

Cons

Upper management tends to have frequent drama and conflicts, which may indirectly affect your job performance.
