Pros
Great leadership staff, good starting hourly rates, training has improved drastically, opening an additional location this summer, new safety program, new directors have changed the place around. It's like a family now. Work is fun yet challenging. They promote within which is a good thing.
Cons
The company is not on the public bus line, so a lot of people have to carpool. The point system is very low and you could point out fast and lose your job. If you bump a pole or have an incident, you get pulled off the equipment until recertified, you get sent home without having your badge.
